When The Grand Budapest Hotel came out we were so obsessed with the film we watched it three times in a row at the Cinema. We were thrilled when we discovered the video on how to make a Mendl’s Courtesan au Chocolate. Together with our mother Betty Lee we had an afternoon of fun baking up this treat.
