All repairs in Australia are collected in our Sydney office at
where they are grouped to be sent back to Borneo Malaysia. Collection from our Sydney office happens every 8 weeks.
You may experience a maximum process of 3 months however it will be shorter if you catch the next shipment.
All repairs are sent to our workshop in Borneo, Malaysia. You can send your repair directly to us if you are not located in Malaysia at:

Kindly fill in the form below and submit so we can look out for your repair. Please note that repairs take a maximum process of 3 weeks. Repairs will be couriered free of charge back to any address within Malaysia. Should you wish to collect it personally you can do so from our Publika store.
